Rivo (the “app”) takes your privacy seriously. In short: Rivo does not collect, store, or sell your data. Everything you read stays on your device.
1. Data we collect
None. Rivo has no account system, no server, and no analytics tracking. The documents you import (PDF, EPUB, TXT), your reading progress, streak and statistics are stored only on your device.
2. Your documents
Files you import are processed and stored only on your iPhone. No document is ever sent to our servers or any third party.
3. Notifications
The optional daily reading reminder is a local notification; it is scheduled on your device and never connects to any server. You can turn it off anytime in Settings.
4. Purchases
Rivo Premium subscriptions are handled by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit. We never see your payment details; these transactions are managed entirely by Apple and are subject to the Apple Privacy Policy.
5. Tracking & ads
Rivo has no ads, no third-party tracking, and no cookies. We don’t ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because we never track you.
6. Children
Rivo is suitable for everyone (4+) and does not knowingly collect data from children — it doesn’t collect data from anyone.
7. Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post it on this page and update the “last updated” date.

By downloading and using Rivo, you agree to the terms below.
License
We grant you a non-transferable license to use Rivo for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own.
Your content
You are solely responsible for the documents you import and for having the right to read and use them.
Subscriptions
Rivo Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are done in your device’s App Store account settings.
